Ingredients
  1. 2 chicken breasts
  2. 4 packets of 2 Minute Noodles
  3. 2 medium onion, diced
  4. 2 medium carrots, cut thinly
  5. ⅓ bunch celery, cut thinly
  6. 3 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
  7. 2 teaspoons crushed ginger
  8. 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
  1. Slice chicken thinly.
  2. Cook off 3 packets of noodles, reserving 1 packet for some last minute crunch to the stir fry.
  3. Use only 2 packets of the chicken seasoning into the water to cook the noodles.
  4. Sear the chicken in a large hot pan and add the garlic, ginger and vegetables.
  5. Add the soy sauce and soft noodles and toss.
  6. When veggies are cooked and the juices in the pan have reduced, crunch the remaining noodles in your hand and spread these over the top of the stir fry.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
