Quick & Easy Garlic Bread
  1. 1 French Stick - cut into slices (Turkish Bread, Sour Dour, Wholemeal or any other bread variety may used)
  2. ⅓ cup of margarine or butter
  3. 3 generous teaspoons of Garlic
  4. Salt (optional)
  1. In a mixing bowl, add butter and garlic (and Salt if required).
  2. Mix until butter is softened.
  3. Spread on to sliced bread and place under hot grill until browned / toasted.
  4. Serve immediately.
  1. Delicious with hot soups, BBQs and accompanying any meal.
  2. Additional Suggestions:
  3. * Grated Parmesan, Basil or Oregano can be added to make a Herbed Garlic butter.
  4. * A larger quantity of the garlic butter mix can be made and stored in a jar in the refrigerator for a number of weeks ready to be used any time.
