St John’s House for Young Men
St John’s House for Young Men (St John’s) provides support for young men aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them achieve stability in their living situations. The service addresses specific needs with respect, safety, and dignity, focusing on housing, income, health, relationships, legal matters, education, and employment.
Funded as supported accommodation, St John’s delivers immediate assistance through case management, temporary housing support, and guidance during the transition to stable, long-term housing.

- Advocacy and referrals to services for housing, income support, education, employment, health, legal, and family assistance
St John’s also hosts the TEMPO music program (Teaching Electronic Music Production as an Outlet), offering clients a fun, creative outlet. This program introduces electronic music production, including beat-making, bass line development, vocal recording, and editing.
Living skills development is a key part of St John’s program, covering meal preparation, budgeting, nutrition, personal growth, self-care, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Support is available for families and former residents.
