QHome Accommodation & Mobile Support Service (QHome) provides immediate, safe, and supportive accommodation for adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our facilities offer a secure place to stay, with access to case management, nutritious meals, laundry facilities, and connections to essential services.

Through our Mobile Support Service, we extend intensive case management both onsite and in the community. Our support includes tenancy sustainment, living skills guidance, social and emotional support, and connections to referral pathways, helping clients’ access community resources and improve their overall wellbeing. For those who exit our accommodation, we offer ongoing support to help ensure stable, long-term housing.

By collaborating with local agencies, including the Cairns Homelessness Services Hub, Cairns HomeStay Support Service, and the Youth Support Program, QHome ensures that people experiencing homelessness receive the resources and assistance needed to transition back into stable accommodation and work towards greater independence.

QHome plays a vital role in addressing homelessness in Cairns, offering critical crisis services and around-the-clock support to those in need. The service operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
